まず本スレにある巡回裁判所の詳細な。
「巡回裁判所＝合衆国控訴裁判所」は第1～第12まであって、
今回は殆どの州で最高裁判事が割り当てられてる。
で、重要な激戦州を含む巡回区が以下の通り。
・第3巡回区（PAが含まれる）→アリート判事
・第6巡回区（MIが含まれる）→カバノー判事
・第7巡回区（WIが含まれる）→バレット判事
・第11巡回区（GAが含まれる）→トーマス判事
ちなみにNVとAZが含まれる第９巡回区担当はリベラル派の連邦最高裁判事が担当

The apparent effort of the Trump legal team to distance themselves from Ms. Powell
comes after she has been functioning as a member of the president’s legal team.
Mr. Trump included her in a list of his team’s lawyers in a Nov. 14 tweet, saying
she was part of a “truly great team, added to our other lawyers and representatives!”
The announcement came as the president has seen a series of courtroom defeats in
his efforts to overturn his election loss to President-elect Joe Biden. The latest
came Saturday when a federal judge in Pennsylvania dismissed a Trump campaign
lawsuit that accused Pennsylvania officials of enabling voter fraud.
An administration official, following release of the statement, said in an
unsolicited text message: “This has become a farce. The legal effort is now making
the president a national laughingstock.”

さっさと連邦最高裁判所(日本で言う最高裁)での審理にかけようとしているらしい。なのでお楽しみはこれから。
トランプにしろトランプ弁護団の面子にしろ従来計算づくで適当な事を言わない人達なので「証拠がある」と言うならあるんだろうし、
多数の宣誓供述書を持っているので国民の信頼を得ているんだね。

available facts," Murphy wrote. "I was never directly or indirectly pressured

The letter marks Murphy's formal sign off on Biden's victory, a normally
perfunctory process known as ascertainment. The move will allow the transition

4「証言利用」
尊敬される・権威ある人物を使って、自分たちの意見や目的や方法が正しいことを証言・後援させる。
5「平凡化」
自分たちの庶民性や、情報受信者と同じ立場・境遇であることを強調し、安心や共感や親近感、一体感を引き出す。
6「カードスタッキング」
都合のいい事柄を強調し、都合が悪い事柄を矮小化したり隠蔽したりする。
7「バンドワゴン」
大きな楽隊が目を惹くように、その事柄が、世の中の趨勢であるかのように宣伝する。
情報受信者は、それに従わないことにより取り残される情緒的不安を覚え、

副大統領が今年の大統領選の勝者と思われると認定した。トランプ大統領はＧＳＡに対し
協力するよう要請した。
トランプ大統領はこの日、ＧＳＡのマーフィー局長とそのチームに対し、「初期のプロト
コル（手続き）に関し必要なことを行うよう勧告する」とした上で、「私のチームにも同
じ対応を指示した」と説明。大統領選の開票結果については引き続き争う姿勢を示した。
ＧＳＡによる勝者の認定が何週間も行われなかったことで、正式な政権移行プロセスが立
ち往生し、新型コロナウイルスのパンデミック（世界的大流行）対応でも次期政権による
