NVMeの方はNVMeのAPSTとPCIeのAPSMがあってSATAよりも複雑らしい

nvmexpress.orgにある仕様には
Power On Hours: This may not include time that the controller was powered and in a non-operational power state.
とあるから、実際の稼働時間よりも短くなることもあると思う
