Playoff Roster Rules & Infoの説明分
「If a player is placed on the 60-day DL since then or on the 15-day DL during the playoffs,
he may be replaced by a player who is on the active roster.」は、

�@player is placed on the 60-day DL since then playoffs
�Aplayer is placed on the 15-day DL during the playoffs

のどちらかの選手の代わりをActive Rosterから入れ替えることができる、という解釈で合っていますか？

since thenは「〜〜以来」という意味のようですが、
�@はどう訳したらいいでしょうか？

�Aは「プレーオフ中にDL(15)入りさせる場合」とわかったのですが。
