Also make sure your patrons use one device for a Nemsy Necrofizzle activation, so no more than one portrait per device. For each subsequent account measures will be applied.
This restriction excludes the Nemsy Necrofizzle distribution for Battle.Net™ accounts via violation of the privacy policy.
