ドイツ連邦狩猟法で犬・ネコを合法的に殺せるという事実

ドイツ連邦狩猟法は、狩猟動物を保護する目的で野良犬・猫の駆除を認めており、狩猟者は、合法的に野良犬・猫を殺すことができる。

ドイツ全体の駆除頭数を示す公的統計は存在しないが、年間猫 40 万頭、犬 6 万 5 千頭に達すると指摘する動物保護団体もある。

ちなみに平成26年度の日本の保健所で殺処分された数は、猫79,745頭、犬21,593頭です。
ドイツは日本よりも人口も犬の飼育頭数も少ないという事は前述しましたが、この数字が厳密に正しいとは言えないまでも、近い数字ではあるのかも知れません。
もちろん、捨てられたり迷子になったペットが全て狩猟者によって駆除されるわけではないでしょうが、行政の機関がないドイツでは一時的に保護する様な場所がないという事です。

ドイツがペット先進国で国民や企業の意識が自慢できる程高いなら、駆除頭数はもっと少なくなるのではないでしょうか？
狩猟者によって、リード無しの飼い犬や、家から散歩に出た飼いネコも殺されてしまうという事件も起こっています。
ドイツでは飼い犬・猫であっても狩猟者によって合法的に「駆除」されることがあるのが実情なのです。

２０１５年２月に、ドイツ、ヘッセン州アルスフェルトでは、オフリードのラブラドール犬２頭が、飼い主からわずか３ｍしか離れていない距離で射殺されました。
本事件においても、犬がオフリードで専有管理されていない状態であったために、犬を射殺したハンターの刑事民事上の責任を問うのは難しいとされました。

　ランニング中に飛び出してきた犬を避けようとして転倒し右手首を骨折したとして、大阪府高槻市の４０代男性が、飼い主の女性に約３９５０万円の損害賠償を求めた訴訟の判決が２３日、大阪地裁であった。
塩原学裁判官は「散歩させる際に、犬をつないでおく注意義務を怠った」として、女性に約１２８０万円の支払いを命じた。

　判決によると、男性は２０１５年６月、高槻市内の住宅街をランニング中、前方から飛び出してきたミニチュアダックスフントに驚き、避けようとして転倒。
右手首を骨折する重傷を負った。約１０カ月間通院したが、右手首が曲がらなくなる後遺症が残った。

　女性は犬にひもを付けて散歩していたが、別の飼い主が散歩させていた柴犬（しばいぬ）を見て突然走り出したため、ひもから手を離してしまったという。

　塩原裁判官は「動物は予想できない行動をとり、人に損害を与えることもある。散歩させる際は、飼い主はつないでおく義務がある」と指摘した。

自分に批判的な医療従事者や患者、その他の人たちを、探偵やソウカガッカイの集団ストーカーを使って調べ上げて、嫌がらせをやらせて仕返し、弾圧してきます
あらゆる嫌がらせで自殺や自滅に追い込む工作を仕掛けてきます

長期間継続的に嫌がらせ行為を行う事により、被害者は正常な人生を送る事が困難となっています。
集団ストーカーとも呼ばれ、日本国内では被害者が増え続けています。
被害妄想や精神疾患と取られる事がありますが、現実に行われている犯罪行為です。
