　「bilateral trade agreement」は「Free Trade Agreement 」と同じなんですかね？

　トランプ大統領ほどじゃないですけど、ペンス副大統領も英単語の使い分けが結構、雑なんで、私も正直「？」です。
　ただ、確実に言えるのは、「bilateral trade agreement」は日本で「二国間貿易協定」だと思います。
