It's really quite simple. Biden's winning absentee ballots 78-21. The PA SOS says
there are 1.4 million ballots left to count. If that's true, then Biden will net-800k

county baseline. Gotta see how exactly the Fulton/DeKalb/Chatham/etc numbers

So, interesting data point.
The first batch of Houston County mail ballots have reported. The county was
60/38 in 2016 and pretty much in line with that after early in-person and day-of
votes were counted this year.
Mail votes so far:
Biden - 2.026 (55.8%)

Where The Race Stands For Now
Pennsylvania. As expected, far more uncounted votes here than elsewhere, mostly
mail votes that should be quite Democratic-leaning, though. There are too many
outstanding ballots for us to be in the endgame where we can game out exact
scenarios, but in counties that have completed reporting, Biden looks to be
hitting the targets he needs. Even with the Trump campaign filing a number of
lawsuits, the margin is tightening quickly enough that I think this belongs

PA doesn't necessarily need to finish for there to be a call, at least if the
network models are properly built to handle vote by method (i'm sadly convinced some aren't)

“Because there’s a preliminary issue here,” he continued, “which is that the
Supreme Court is the master of its own docket. It doesn’t have to take cases.”
Even before the election was “as thermonuclear as it is at the moment,” McCarthy
said the Supreme Court “did not want any part of this case.”
“And I believe that what the president said last night is going to play into the
hands of the faction of the Court that would rather say, ‘Let’s sit back and let
this play out and it may turn out that when all the dust settles, maybe we don’t
have to make a ruling here.’” he added.

11月3日に行われた米大統領選は、いまだ一部の州で開票作業が続けられており、数えら
れていない票は数百万にのぼっている。
それにもかかわらず、ドナルド・トランプ大統領は自らが「民主党のジョー・バイデン候
補を破り、勝利した」との“誤った主張”を続けている。また、4日には複数回にわたり、
怒りをかき立てるようなコメントをツイッターに投稿している。
こうしたトランプの速断に過ぎる“勝利宣言”と扇動的な発言に対して、共和党の著名議
員や保守派の批評家などの間からも非難の声があがっている。
大統領自ら陰謀説を拡散
トランプは3日夜遅くに開いた記者会見で、「率直に言って、私たちは選挙に勝った」と
何の根拠もなく発言。その後ツイッターにも、「“投票が終了した後も”投票が行われて
いた」、民主党は「すべての票を数えることで選挙を“盗もうとしている”」など根拠の
ない陰謀説を投稿している。
これに対し、選挙前に行われた大統領候補者討論会でトランプの事前の準備を手伝ってい
たクリス・クリスティ前ニュージャージー州知事（共和党）は米ABCに対し、「（トラン
プが）そう主張する根拠はまったくない」とコメント。
トランプは「再選された」と性急に過ぎる主張をすることで、「自らの信頼性を自分自身

Of course, there are plenty of other PA counties besides Philly where Biden is
still poised to gain a *lot* of ground w/ mail ballots. Delaware, Lehigh,

Viral ‘ballot’ burning video shared by Eric Trump is fake
A viral video claiming to show ballots for President Trump being burned is fake,
Virginia Beach officials said on Tuesday.

The video shows an unidentified person putting what appear to be paper ballots in
a plastic bag before dousing them with a flammable liquid and setting them on fire.
While that person does not specify the location, other candidates that appear on
the papers are from Virginia Beach, Virginia.
On Wednesday afternoon, President Trump’s son, Eric Trump, retweeted the video,
adding the caption, “Burning 80 Trump Ballots.”
The City of Virginia Beach responded to the tweet writing, “Those were sample ballots.

to get our next update from Maricopa County in Arizona until 9 p.m. tonight,
Georgia is expected to finish counting its remaining 25,000 ballots today.
Elsewhere, Nevada will announce more results starting at noon Eastern, and we

turmoil inside Facebook, the group expanded at a rapid pace Thursday morning,
topping out at about 350,000 profiles. The group pointed users to organized events,
including one in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on Thursday afternoon with a "#StopTheSteal"
branding.
Citing repeated "worrying calls for violence," Facebook pulled the group down by 2 p.m. ET.
"In line with the exceptional measures that we are taking during this period of
heightened tension, we have removed the group 'Stop the Steal,' which was creating
real-world events. The group was organized around the delegitimization of the election
process, and we saw worrying calls for violence from some members of the group," a
Facebook spokesperson said.
Several other smaller "Stop the Steal" groups remain on Facebook. A spokesperson said

Bannon, in a video for his podcast recording, had said he wanted to behead FBI

infectious diseases expert.
Bannon said he would “put the heads on pikes” as a “warning to federal
bureaucrats,” referencing Tudor-era England.
“The @WarRoomPandemic account has been permanently suspended for violating the
Twitter Rules, specifically our policy on the glorification of violence,”
Twitter said in a statement. The platform has an established policy against the
glorification of violence.
YouTube said it removed the video and gave the account a “strike” to count
against a three-strikes policy that the company has before terminating an account.
A strike temporarily disables uploading for at least a week, YouTube said.
“We’ve removed this video for violating our policy against inciting violence.
We will continue to be vigilant as we enforce our policies in the post-election

about 89 percent of the expected vote has been counted, leaving about 190,150
