He was showing how he mixes Loro's medication. He uses very special natural spring
water for Loro which are taken from Benten ike (pond of Benzaiten=beautiful lady god)
in Beppu, Kyuushuu. That's the water Loro's given through out the day.
Papa calls it the spiritual (sacred) water.
He also mixed milk and later milk by itself which Loro didn't care for so papa had to mix some wet food.
Loro did like that as though he does have a preference.
That's the morning routine.
