置換メッセージ機能を使う方法も一応書いておくと
deta/pref/p2_replace_msg.txtに

xxxp://<tab>http://<;tab>0

で行けるよ。(xはsに、<tab>はタブに書き換えて)
お絵描き投稿もこれで対応出来る
