最近のバージョンでは layers.async-pan-zoom.enabled って廃止されてるの？
基本フラッシュは利用していないんで不具合に出会ったことないけど
一昔前のバージョンだと
layers.async-pan-zoom.enabled = false
で解決してた気がするけど
