The API keys warning can be disabled via environment variables. For Windows via the command line:

setx GOOGLE_API_KEY "no"
setx GOOGLE_DEFAULT_CLIENT_ID "no"
setx GOOGLE_DEFAULT_CLIENT_SECRET "no"

Alternatively, you can set the variables through System Properties. Under the Advanced tab,
there is a feature to edit environment variables. I suggest setting them as user variables for your active user account,
though I suppose you can set them as system variables for a multi-user system if desired.
