ああ、Binary Property Listだった。純粋なテキストエディタではできないか
Property List エディタか Property List をサポートしてるので(BBEditがサポートしてた)
もしくは、Property List関連のコマンドで
例えば、テキスト(xml)へ変換しての
plutil -convert xml1 CMRThreadViewer.nib
