You know what, there is American English, you see, and British one also.
In fact, Can we distinguish these actually? What I'm trying to say is that I have lots of friends and acquaintances in Boston and NY who really speak, so to speak, British- oriented English, using the word, JUDGEMENT, not Judgment, that's maybe partly because -
- Boston and NY are located near Europa and U.K. Any old, many of eastern part of U.S. speak and write British English rather than so-called American ones.

果たして一口アメリカ英語だイギリス英語だといってもだ、それは、明確に分けられるものであるのだろうか？
つまりね、アメリカ人だからアメリカに住んでいるからアメリカ英語を話すと、イギリス人だからBritish accent の英語を話すと言えるのだろうか、という疑問だ。
ぼくの経験をいえばボストンのケインブリッジのハーバード・ヤードの住民たちはね、どちらかといえばイギリス英語に近いaccent(訛り。発音)で話していたね。ハーバード大学はアメリカの大学だ。ボストンはアメリカの都市だ。それにも関わらずブリティッシュ風の英語をね。( ＾∀＾)
つまりね、そう杓子定規にここはアメリカだからとかイギリス人だからとかあいつはオーストラリア生まれだからとかでは単純には現実においてはかれないンダヨネ。(*^^*)
