試してみましたが同じエラーになりますね。音声のダウンロード時間はこちらも7分ほどでした
batで同じコマンドを繰り返すようにして凌ごうと思います

試したこと
①yt-dlp、ffmpeg、Optional librariesのアップデートをしてから実行(失敗)
②-N 4と-f ba+bvのオプションを付けて実行(失敗)
③同じコマンドで再実行(成功)
④pip install yt-dlp[default] certifi pip(よく分からないけど)
