訪問済みリンクの色が変わらなくなった？
下記の試しても、というか「Partition the Visited Link Database」自体が
消えてる・・・

chrome://flags を開く
「Visited Link Database」で検索
ヒットした以下2つを無効化する
Partition the Visited Link Database
Partition the Visited Link Database, including 'self-links'
Chromeを再起動する
