作成日時を見るとエラーの出る前日に新しい自動更新ファイルのフォルダ C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\GoogleUpdater が作られてて
おそらくその時に コンピューターの管理 サービスとアプリケーション サービス にも新しいのが追加
新バージョンで更新されるようになると旧バージョンの方はエラーになるのかもしれない
違う要因かもしれないけど旧のサービスを手動にでも変えておく、そのうち旧の方は勝手に消えるかもしれないし様子見
