どこのサイト行っても更新が2021年や2022年どころか2023年のやつでも

ちょい調べるとどうやらWASAPIは最初から初期対応になったらしいってのを見つけたけど
それってOutput Devices にある Default：xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx[exclusive]がWASAPI 排他制御に該当してんの？？
なんかデフォルトって付いてるだけで疑念しかないんだけど？
