２：念のためオリジナルのリソースデータをバックアップ
　　場所＜例＞
　　C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2022\Resources\ 直下
３：２の場所にあるリソースデータ×３点を１のデータで上書き
４：PhotoShop cc2022 を起動してSplasgScreenが変わっている事を確認
