1.brave://flags/ で "notification" を検索
2.Enable system notifications. を"Enable"
3.Enable Brave Ads custom push notifications を"Enable"
4.Allow Brave Ads to fallback from native to custom push notifications を"Enable"

一旦、braveを再起動
もしかしたら、4. は関係ないかもだけど、一応…
