から専用言語パックをダウソ
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Waterfox\Profiles　　
の更新日が新しいやつ
他の拡張機能(Google翻訳とかnanoblockerとか入れておけをあらかじめ入れておき
これらが入ったファイル(更新日順で並べておけば分かりやすい)に貼りつけ

後は設定から変更
