760（64bit）にしてから起動時に「Access violation at address」というエラーがたまに出るようになった
まあ表示が出るだけで特に問題はないのだが、作者にエラーレポートメールしたら、すぐ返事が来て760のバグだそうだ
そのうち修正版をあげてくれると思う

TotalCommanderにCBxThumbsプラグインを入れて、zipをcbrにリネームすれば中身の画像をアイコンとして表示できるけど
FreeCommanderではできないね

"/C" 現在のインスタンスで開く

基礎知識がないから試行錯誤するしかなかったが、こういうのはどこで基礎を学べばいいんだ。出来合いのツールは使えても応用が効かない
いくらグーグル先生があるとはいえ、体系化されているはずの知識を場当たり的に解決するのはしんどいわ…

ありがとうございます。それも試していたのですが、ファイル数が多くなると、どうしても、一覧表示（縦、横にも表示）したくなりまして。
FVでは、いつもこの表示をしており便利だったもので。

ちょっと前にFVから移行したのだけど、ようやっと慣れてきた。
これで本当にお別れできそう。

FCの独自機能も色々と使いやすい。
とくにプレーン表示とか、名前変更時のプロファイル保存とかはいい感じ。

しかし、いまだに

HDDを初期化し，Windows7を再セットアップしました。すると，
Microsoft Windows 7 - ファイルの移動先に同名のファイルがある場合の操作

のメッセージが出なくなりました。
上記のサイトの例を用いると，「てすと.txt」が２つのフォルダに存在し，一方のフォルダにある「てすと.txt」を別のフォルダにコピーする際，何のメッセージもなく，コピー先のフォルダに「てすと - コピー.txt」が作成されるようになりました。
置換する，コピーしない，コピーして一方をリネームするのメッセージが出るように環境を戻したいです。
よろしくお願いいたします。

こんにちは。
FileVisorから移行中です。
フィルタを実行するときにFVでは選択ファイルの拡張子が自動的に設定されます。
FCでは残念ながら空白のため、入力またはリスト選択が必要のため少し不便です。

FV同様の振る舞いにすることはできるのでしょうか？

サムネイル表示（例えば256px）の時、
ファイル名の後ろから1～3文字くらいが、抜け落ちて表示されない現象
起きている人いませんか？

ファイル名すべてを表示するスペースがあるのに、フォントによっては、

今回のアップデートはワクワクしない内容だった。

FVからの移転組なので、今後入れてもらえるとありがたい機能（他の人のもいくつか入れてある）

・ファイル複数選択 -> 移動ダイアログ -> ABCと入力 -> ABCフォルダが作成されてファイルがすべて移動
　を、単画面時でも動くようにしてほしい。これがないと、間違えてファイルを上書きで消してしまうことがある。
・ファイル選択時（反転）した状態で、ファイル名の上からじゃなくても反転エリアからならD&Dできるように。
・ドロップ時に、ドラッグを開始した領域の上だったらキャンセル
・ドロップでコピー、＋SHIFTで移動
・ファイル一覧でも「容量」「日時」「属性」を表示できるように
・拡張子の右寄せ（設定項目の中にそれらしいのがあったが、うまく動かない。なんで？）

バグ
・フィルタ設定で日本語が効かない（上で報告があったファイル検索の方は大丈夫のようだ）
・レイアウト設定が、なぜか初期化されることがある。

誰か英語ができる人がいたら、日本のフォーラムからの希望ってことでまとめて要望してもらえんだろうか。

763に明確なバグがあり，ダウングレードした。
お気に入りツールバーにたくさんアプリケーションを登録してあるが，
(1) 起動時，まれに一部のアプリケーションのアイコンが表示されない。
(2) まれに，アプリケーションのアイコンがずれて表示される。
どちらも再起動で直るときと直らないときがある。
土日でもメールを書くか。

上に上がってた日本語ファイルの検索についてなんだけど、
状況がつかめてきた

＊を補完する設定にしておき、
日本語.txtを検索する状況を作る。

「日本」だけだと検索OK
「日本語」で検索するとNG

特定のコードが入っているとダメなのかも。
他の人でも発現するかな？

上の例だと

標準のエクスプローラとxplorer2は置き換えできると思う。
自分は使ったことないけどね。

xplorer2のfree版は機能が少なくて使えない、使いにくいと思う。
そうなると上位のproかultimate版だけど、結構高い上1年間しかversion up出来ない。
lifetimeでのversion upの権利も売っているけどこれも高い。
ただ、xplorer2はFCに比べて軽いよ。

詳細表示でファイルを複数選択時の2点質問があります

1) 先頭の列の前のスペースを増やすことはできますか？
具体的にはアイコン前のスペースがエクスプローラと違い全くないため、マウスでの複数選択ができない状況です

2) 動画を複数選択した場合、エクスプローラのように、ステータスバーに総再生時間の表示はできませんか？
[mp3playtime]という項目はあるのものの、音楽ファイルでも機能しせん

日本では昔からファイラーじゃね。ファイルマネージャーはありかな
「エクスプローラー」はIEと抱き合わせ企画で派生したのか知らんが
MSの趣味の悪いネーミングで後世他社にも悪影響を残した気がする。
少なくとも総合スレタイにエクスプローラーは特定会社の印象が強すぎてだめだ

リネームをTAB キーで変更完了した場合、次（下）のファイルへターゲットが移るので

音楽ファイルをダブルクリックしたときにクイックビューワ内で再生させるにはどの設定を変更すればよいのでしょうか。
現状だと規定のプログラム(iTunes)が立ち上がります。

はい、mp3ファイルになります。
理想としては、対象のファイルをダブルクリックした際にFreeCommander内のクイックビューワーで再生させたいと考えております。
ツール→設定→プログラム(関連付け)→規定のアクションで、
フィルターを「*.mp3」としてみたのですが、その後のプログラムでFreeCommander内のクイックビューワーを動作させる方法が分かりませんでした。
また、この方法で合ってるかも自信がなくご質問させていただきました。
お力添えいただけれると嬉しいです。

ここ三年くらいこれをメインに使ってるんだけど、Win10になったあたりからファイルリストのスクロールが重すぎる　＠複数の機種で確認
FreeCommanderは機能は満点でステキなんだが、同じ代理配布元(?)の PortableApps に入っていた Q-Dir とか使ってよそ様は軽いなクソって思ってしまった

卓駆☆が「保存したWebページ」のファイル名を読めないことが頻発するので
乗り換え先としてfree commanderを試用してるけどなんだろうこれ？
どこが機能満点なのかさっぱり分からない。まだfilevisor6のほうがよくない？
有料版ならカスタマイズとかで使いやすくなるのかな
それなら金ぐらい払うけど

ただ、前者のソフトには無い便利な機能もあるし、なによりバグ対応や機能追加が現在進行形なので、
