Raspbianにlibaacplusを入れたいんですが、./autogen.shを実行すると以下のように出てしまい先に進めません。

You must have libtool installed to compile libaacplus.
Download the appropriate package for your system,
or get the source from one of the GNU ftp sites
listed in http://www.gnu.org/order/ftp.html

libtoolはaptで入れているんですが、何が間違えているんでしょうか？
