でTWRPを焼くと

が出て焼けた感じがします。
しかしながら、
fastboot boot twrp-3.1.1-0-venus.img
でTWRPを起動しようとすると
downloading 'boot.img'...
OKAY [ 0.752s]
booting...
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
finished. total time: 0.767s
と出てTWRP起動せず。
電源と音量+を同時押し→電源ボタン離す、でリカバリを起動してみると、EMUIのリカバリが起動してしまい、TWRPが焼けてないようです。
ブートローダーアンロックとFRPアンロックは出来ており、Fastboot画面下部に「PHONE Unlocked」「FRP Unlock」と出ています。
何が悪いか、わかりますか？
