GWにVaio pro13 (SVP1321A2J)にWin10クリーンインストールしてみた。
Vaio updateとVaio careを入れても、Vaioの設定ソフトが入れられず困ったが、以下の書き込みを参考に解決しました。

結局はVaio careもVaio updateも必要なく、以下の2ソフトを入れたらVaioの設定ソフト（日本語）がインストールされた。
