guru3dに消費電力設定の話が出てたけど、これが影響してるんかね。

X299/Skylake-Xには2モードあって、TDPにおさまるようにする事もできるん
だけどそれだとゲーム性能が大幅にダウンするんだそうな。
もう一方のハードウェアP-statesをオフにするモードだと性能の問題はなく
なるけど爆熱になる模様。（レビュー機は後者の設定）

ryzen balancedみたくなんらかの方法で改善されるといいんだが。
