As of late 2025/early 2026, the Xiaomi Pad Mini's update status is excellent:
Launch Date: September 2025.
Operating System: Shipped with Android 15 (via Xiaomi HyperOS 2).
Android OS End-of-Life (EOL): Expected to receive up to Android 19 or Android 20.
Security Update End-of-Life (EOL): Expected to receive security updates until at least August 2031, or potentially up to August 2032.
