F-DroidからTermuxとTermux:Taskerをインストール
(Termux:Taskerは今後の為にインストールしたが使わない)

下記コマンドをTermuxで実行
apt update
apt upgrade
termux-setup-storage
pkg install android-tools
mkdir -p ~/.termux/tasker

画面分割を利用してペアリングする
adb pair localhost:port

ワイヤレスデバッグで接続する
adb connect localhost:port

パスとファイル名を指定してインストールする
adb install --bypass-low-target-sdk-block FILENAME.apk

これで行けるはずだが、そんなに難しい事ではないと思う
