BS 5.9.620に書いてあったこれ↓
1.デスクトップ/ラップトップでHyper-Vが有効になっている場合、アイコンを右クリックして「管理者として実行」を選択すると、BlueStacks 5を起動できるようになります。これを妨げる厄介なバグは打ち負かされ、削除されました!
1. You’ll now be able to launch BlueStacks 5 by right-clicking on its icon and selecting "Run as administrator", if Hyper-V is enabled on your desktop/laptop. The pesky bug preventing this has been defeated and removed!

試してその状態って事なのかな。うちではWin11環境試せないからなぁ。
