自己解決しました！

intent://#Intent;component=ch.rmy.android.http_shortcuts/.activities.misc.ShareActivity;S.android.intent.extra.TEXT="abc";end

これでabcというテキストを受け取ってくれます。

これができると、KLWP/KWGTから直接、動的に変数を他アプリに送れるのでかなり幅が広がりますね。
