reddit見てたら対処方法出てた

Go to Settings/Apps & Games/Manage All Applications/All. Find the Home Pages app on the list. Clear data, force stop and then restart (I actually had to restart mine twice). All will be fixed.

設定→アプリとゲーム→すべてのアプリケーションを表示→すべて
に行ってホームページって名前のアプリをタップ。
データを消去と強制停止をやってから端末再起動！

これで直る
