って書いてるからやってみたらSIMを入れろと。
入れてみて、USB debugging(security settings)をONにしよとしたら
今度はthe devices is temporarily restrrictedってメッセージ。
max1の時こんなことあったけ？と思いながら繰り返すも
the devices is temporarily restrricted
