バングラ、観測史上最低の気温2.6度を記録 貧困層に毛布7万枚配布

【1月8日 AFP】熱帯地域に位置するバングラデシュで8日、観測史上最も低い気温2.6度を記録し、当局は防寒対策として貧困層に約7万枚の毛布を配布した。
1億6000万人の人口を抱えるバングラデシュの冬は温暖だが、8日は国内の数か所で、2.6度まで冷え込んだ。AFPの取材に応じたバングラデシュ気象局のトップ、シャムスディン・アフメド（Shamsuddin Ahmed）局長によると、観測を開始した1948年以降で最も低い気温だったという。
また、アフメド氏はバングラデシュが厳しい寒波に見舞われていると指摘し、ここ数日で同国北部地方全域において気温が急激に下がったと付け加えた。
地元メディアの報道によると、寒さにより少なくとも9人が死亡。うち6人は、史上最低レベルの気温に見舞われた地域の一つである、同国北部のクリグラム（Kurigram）県で亡くなったという。ただ、当局はこれまでのところ、犠牲者が出たことは把握していないとしている。
また、同じく最低レベルの気温を記録した北部ポンチョゴル（Panchagarh）県やニルファマリ（Nilphamari）県では、当局が貧困層の住民に少なくとも7万枚の毛布を配布したという。(c)AFP

正しくは二酸化炭素詐欺だな。 今年フィリピンも寒いし台風来るし、なんかめちゃくちゃ。
方や、シドニーは今日37℃超えて友達が「夏越せる気がしない」って言ってるし。 北極を中心にもにょもにょと蛇行する偏西風。そっから上が寒い。
海の温度が上がって大気が膨れて偏西風を上に押しやると、その横っちょが下にはみ出て、そっから連続的に蛇行の度合いが変わってしまう。
これが近年の異常気象の原因。 温暖化で全体のエネルギーが上がり

日頃そこまで低温にならない地域に寒気が流れ込んだか。身体も慣れておらず
防寒具や暖房も十分で無いなら大変な事になるかもしれない。中古で良いなら
日本で余ってる防寒具医療など沢山用意出来るはず。暖をとる燃料も含め
妥当な規模で援助が必要ならやってあげてくれ。ホッカイロやユニクロヒートテック
なども効果的。香辛料料理や適度なアルコールで身体を温める事も有効だろう
食料も切らすなよ 北国に住んでいれば気温2.6度なんて屁でも無いけど、バングラデッシュではきついな。
