　ソフト開発のユニ・トランド（東京・港）はバスターミナルで、人工知能（ＡＩ）が利用客と会話しながら目的地を案内するシステムを開発した。ＡＩは何番乗り場でどのバスに乗ればいいか、どう乗り換えればいいか教えてくれる。訪日観光客向けに外国語でも案内する。まず北海道の帯広駅バスターミナルに導入した。
